Percy Reagh Bagnall, born March 9, 1909 at Hazel Grove, P.E.I., he received his early education in the Hazel Grove public school.
March 17, 1937 he married Ethel Margaret Dickieson. This union was blessed with three sons, three daughters and three grand children.
He is a faithful and valuable member of the Hunter River United Church.
He is National Vice President of the Progressive Conservative Party.
Some years ago he established a woodworking mill at Hunter River and today is President and Manager of Bagnalls Mills Ltd. As a contractor many fine buildings bear testimony of his skill.
His executive ability and devotion to Masonry was soon noted by the Craft, first in his own Lodge, Prince of Wales No. 18, Hunter River, where he was initiated July 7, 1944. Three years later he was elected Worshipful Master, serving in that office for two terms 1948-49.
The Grand Lodge marked him as Grand Master material and after serving in various offices and committees of the Grand Lodge was elected Grand Master in 1964.
His other Masonic affiliations are Alexandra Chapter No. 11 R.A.M. of which he is Scribe. He is a Past Ill, Master of Garden of the Gulf Council No. 9, R. & S.M. Marshal of Prince Edward Preceptory No. 35, K.T. He received his Lodge of Perfection degrees A. & A.S.R, in the Valley of Summerside.
He is the Grand Representative of the Grand Lodges of Colorado and Costa Rica. He is a member of Philae Temple and Past President of the Charlottetown Shrine Club.
